A customizable expansion module extends functionality to meet almost any requirement for smart retail, smart city and manufacturing applications.
The WB AOSI-020 has a compact system design making it easy to place in out of the way locations. For added convenience and ultimate functionality, the customized expansion module connects to the mainboard with a USB Type-C connector which offers a higher data transmission rate (up to 20 Gbit/s), smaller footprint and shortened cable length when compared with more traditionally used board-to-board (BTB) connectors. The expansion module has the added benefit of supporting a wide power input range (9-36V), and a wide variety of I/O options that can be positioned at the front or rear of the system, giving the WB AOSI-020 a highly flexible and customizable design.
