SFP Transceivers
NEME small form-factor pluggable SFP module is high performance, cost effective module, supporting dual data-rate of 155M, 622M, 1.25G, 2.5G up to 4.25Gbps, and 550m, 2km, 10km, 40km, 80km up to 160km transmission distance with MMF and SMF. Common wavelengths of SFP modules are 850nm (SX), 1310nm (LX), 1550nm (ZX) and CWDM/ DWDM. The SFP modules are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, and are designed to support SONET/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel, Optical Supervisory Channel OSC SFP and other communications standards.
SFP+ Transceivers
NEME's SFP+ transceivers are multi-purpose optical modules for 10Gbit/s data transmission applications at 850nm, 1310nm and 1550nm. The transceivers are ideally suited for datacom and storage area network (SAN/NAS) applications based on the IEEE 802.3ae and Fibre Channel standards, Fiber Channel 10G, 8.5G, 4.25G, 2.125G, 1.0625G, 10G BASE-SW/SR/LR/ER, 1000Base-SX Ethernet.
The SFP+ modules includes: SFP+ 10GSR; SFP+ 10GLRM; SFP+ 10GLR; SFP+ 10GER; SFP+ 10GZR; 18 Channels CWDM SFP+; 40 Channels DWDM SFP+ and BIDI SFP+.
Direct Attach Cables
Direct Attach Cable(DAC) Connectors meet the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity and EMI interference. Final test and quality systems assure high quality cable assemblies conforming to the high-speed electrical performance requirements in industry specifications. Standard DAC Copper assemblies are offered in different wire gauges (AWG) depending on length. DAC cable assemblies are hot swappable and the programmed EEPROM signature enables the host to differentiate between a copper cable assembly and a fiber optic module. Low power consumption assists in making the passive copper cable assembly an economic solution for within rack, or rack-to-rack applications.
Active Optical Cables
AOC is a cabling technology that accepts same electrical inputs as a traditional copper cable, but uses optical fiber “between the connectors”. AOC uses electrical-to-optical conversion on the cable ends to improve speed and distance performance of the cable without sacrificing compatibility with standard electrical interfaces.AOC cable assemblies are designed to meet data center, networking and high performance computing application needs for a high density cabling interconnect system capable.
